Fees
- Minor surgical procedures, medicals, and certain other services may incur additional charges.
- Doctors’ consultations, nurse appointments, and immunisations are free for all children under 13.
- Payments can be made via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.
- Prescriptions are invoiced and emailed once your GP has completed your request.
- Online payments are welcomed with reference to your name or invoice number.
- Cancellation fees apply unless cancelled at least two hours prior.
If you experience payment difficulties, please contact us to discuss options.
Prescriptions
Once you have had your initial appointment, you have two options to order a repeat prescription.
- Request your repeat prescription via My Indici
- Call our phone and select prescription line #3
Test Results
All results will be visible on the portal once viewed by your GP/NP. You will not be notified of normal results. Our team will contact you directly should we need to discuss results or see you further.

Information about fees
- Minor surgical procedures, medicals and certain other services will be additional to
consultation fees - Doctors consultations, nurse appointments and immunisations are free for all
children aged 13 and under - Please pay for your appointment at the time of consultation, we accept cash, eftpos and credit card. Prescriptions are invoiced and emailed once your GP has completed your request
- Online payments are welcomed, please reference you name and/or invoice number, our account details are: 12-3194-0036047-00
- Cancellation fees will apply unless you cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment

happy to discuss.

Do You Need To See A Doctor Out Of Hours?
We have partnered with Practice Plus, an online GP appointment service available weekdays 9 AM – 10 PM, and weekends/public holidays 8 AM – 8 PM. The GPs you speak to will have access to hospital documents, a summary of your regular clinician’s patient notes, lab results, and prescribing history.
Please note: For a medical emergency, dial 111 immediately.
